Proposed TPHS Aquatics Facility Site Plan
This is a prelimanary site plan for the Proposed TPHS Aquatics Facility.
Competition Pool: 25 yards x 50 meters, the Olympic standard, can accommodate short course swimming (20 lanes), long course swimming (8 lanes), 1 and 3 meter springboard diving, and all levels of water polo (High School, NCAA, USA Water Polo and FINA).
Instructional Pool: 6 lanes x 25 yards, a warm water pool for teaching and training.
Bath House The bath house shown is 7,500 square feet. By using the gym this can be reduced to 3,000 square feet.
Pool Deck South and west sides are 25 feet wide, with the north and east sides 20 feet wide, and 20 feet between the instructional and competition pools.
Room to the east The east fence is about 40' - 50' from the baseball field fence.
Spectator Stands This shows room for about a 1,000 spector seats. More could fit in to the east.
